and other mitigation associated with pipeline construction.
This plan is reviewed and monitored by the following permitting
agencies: Florida Department of Environmental Protection,
Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, Hillsborough
County Environmental Protection Commission, U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency.
